This study tries to explain the rapidly expanding phenomenon ofincome inequality in our society since the financial crisis, in terms of adeception of trickle-down effects and the government failure. The basicassumption of the analysis is that a recent rising suicide rate is closelyrelated with the social inequality. Society we live in now is an anti-humanright society that a reflection on life is missing and a winner-take-allsociety that the most upper class dominates a large portion of the totalincome. The company monopolizes the enormous profits obtained as aresult of economic growth without sharing with workers. Thetrickle-down effect is simply a rhetoric or fraud to protect the structureof inequality. The government’s tax reduction policy comes back to thedisastrous consequences such as slowing economic growth, strengtheningof the level of inequality, and the expansion of the national debt. Theredistribution policy to correct the inequality of market income is notable to perform properly. Neo-liberal capitalism, incompetentgovernment, and violent companies are major suspects of socialhomicide and inequality. Therefore, the solution of social homicideproblem is to eliminate the income inequality and the exclusiveresponsibility lies in the government that obsessed with the tax cuts and companies that had monopoly profits. More proactive role of government is required in the establishment of an active incomemaintenance system and construction of a progressive tax structure.
