전사적 아키텍처의 효과적인 수립과 추진 방안에 대한 사례 연구

초록

As a blueprint of Enterprise IT strategy, Enterprise Architecture(EA) describes vision, principles, standards, and processes about technology within an enterprise. The main benefit of structuring EA are efficient IT asset management and future IT guidance which are closely related with the company’s business strategy. If real time synchronization between strategy and IT management were possible, it would support every IT-related decision making process and cost saving. In this point of view, many EA papers have dealt with EA definitions, frameworks, and trend. However, there are many constraints for ideal and theoretical EA implementation in environmental, costly, time, and industrial side. In this paper we deal with two cases in terms of the way of efficient EA implementation and EA methodology. Two cases differ in a perspective of purpose, framework, execution, and effect. By comparing each steps of structuring EA, we suggest a successful framework of establishing EA.
