수출입화물관리 분야의 RFID 도입 결정요인에 관한 연구

초록

RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) is the current hot issue in logistics. It can provide real-time cargo-flow tracking, while curtailing logistics costs. Successful introduction of RFID preconditions that in the first place, standardization of cargo information and harmonization of cargo control system; as a second step, obligatory RFID tag attachment by exporters; for the third stage, standardization of RFID equipments and cargo management system; and lastly, obligatory installation of RFID readers by bonded warehouse proprietors and others concerned. This study recommends the ways how to apply RFID technology to import clearance procedures, reflecting RFID cases. The recommendations entail lots of difficulties in practical use.
