앤더슨 행동모델을 적용한 지역사회 주민의 정신건강서비스 이용 요인 분석

초록

This study was purposed to identify the need of mental health services in community residents and to look for the main factors in explaining the intention and utilization of mental health services of them. For this, 828 samples was selected based on the survey conducted by KIHASA in 2012 and descriptive analysis and logistic analysis were conducted. The results showed that gender, service information, attitude to the services, income, social support were identified as main factors in explaining the intention of mental health service use in community residents. In terms of the utilization of mental health services, age, labor force participation, social support, depression, and stress were found as main factors. Base on the results, several policy and practical implications were suggested.
