혈액공급체인상의 SCM도입 성공요인에 대한 연구 - 영국·일본 사례를 중심으로 -

초록

This is a case study on a blood transportation system of blood supply chain in the U.K and Japan. By adopting the PULSE system, U.K improved its supply chain of NBS and it also contributed to eliminate man's error of inventory tracing and dealing process. Blood transportation system outsourced professional transportation company of blood in Japan. In consequence, it obtained just-in-time blood supply as well as in cost reduction. Therefore, we should accept the developed country's strong points to supply the blood in a timely manner to work off one’s frustration, reduce its transportation cost, and elevate the result. The final aim is to increase the efficiency of blood transportation.
