기초지자체 조직진단 프레임워크 개발에 대한시론적 논의

초록

Diagnosing local governments has been widely performed in the era of local autonomy and decentralization. Yet there has been no appropriate framework to guide the diagnosis of the governments. This study analyzes the existing diagnostic manuals and some real cases of the organizational diagnosis at the local government level, and in doing so suggests a diagnostic framework as a guide for diagnosing local governments.
