The invention relates to an antigen-binding fragment which specifically binds to CFP-10 or Ag85B which is an antigen derived from mycobacteria, a polynucleotide encoding the same, a recombinant vectorcomprising the polynucleotide, and a host cell comprising the recombinant vector. When the antigen-binding fragment of the invention is used, CFP-10 or Ag85B, as an antigen derived from mycobacteria,can be detected with high sensitivity, it is possible to develop a kit capable of detecting mycobacteria rapidly and accurately.
