우리나라 제조기업의 공급체인 위험관리 프로세스에 관한 연구

초록

In the paper examine the relation of risk assessment, process innovation, and risk performance. According to precedent studies, Based on the analysis of 115 cases from Korean manufacturing firms which perform a supply chain risk management and then arrive at a conclusion through structural equation model. As a result of the model test, this empirical study found that the risk management process innovation factor affects risk assessment and mitigation. Secondly, the risk assessment factor of risk management process affect risk mitigation. Thirdly, the risk assessment and mitigation factor of risk management process affect risk performance. This paper draw a conclusion from the relation of among process innovation, risk management assessment and mitigation, risk performance. Therefore, firms take account of factor on supply chain risk management process and process innovation.
