대학생의 정당한 세상에 대한 믿음과 진로적응성 간의 관계에 대한 진로통제소재의 매개효과

초록

This study aimed to examine the mediating role of university students’career locus of control in the relationship between belief in a just world and career adaptability. The participants were three hundred and forty-nine university students in Seoul, South Korea. The results showed that belief in a just world had a positive effect on career internal locus of control, whereas it had a negative effect on the expectancy for luck in their career field. In addition, career internal locus of control increased career adaptability whereas expectancy for powerful others undermined career adaptability. In particular, the effect of belief in a just world on career adaptability was mediated by career internal locus of control. These results could be useful information for understanding the roles of belief in a just world in career education field.
