청년 니트족의 행복도 영향 요인 분석 : 개인 심리 자원과 관계 자원을 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to identify the key factors influencing the happiness of young people not in employment, education, or training (NEET). This study analyzed 344 NEET youth using data from the 26th wave (2023) of the Korean Labor and Income Panel Study (KLIPS). To analyze the data, a multiple regression analysis was conducted using SPSS 25.0. The results of this study are as follows. First, happiness among NEET was moderately positive. Second, happiness among NEET showed a significant positive correlation with family relationship satisfaction, social relationship satisfaction, health status, and socioeconomic status, and a significant negative correlation with depression and stress. Third, higher levels of happiness were associated with greater family relationship satisfaction, social relationship satisfaction, better perceived health status, and higher perceived socioeconomic status. Furthermore, higher depression and stress were found to have a significant negative impact on the happiness of NEET. This study is significant in that it identifies the demographic factors, personal psychological resources, and relational resources that improve the happiness of NEET and offers directions for developing programs and policies.
