여자중학생들의 학교성교육경험, 성지식 및 성교육요구도

초록

Purpose: The aim of the study was to determine sexual education, sexual knowledge, and demand on sexual education among female middle school students in different types of schools. It is a descriptive study which would provide fundamental evidence on sexual education in school and appropriate strategies of sexual education for female middle school students. Methods: The study sample consisted of 780 (480 from 2 girl’s, and 300 from 5 co-educational schools) 1st, 2nd and 3rd grades female students in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Busan, Incheon and convenience sampling was used. The data was collected using questionnaires and 630(87.2%)were included to analysis χ2-test, t-test were conducted using SPSS21.0 Program. Results: 97.5% of participants received sexual education at school and 75.8% of students at co-educational and 80.8% of students at girl’s middle schools reported that the educations were helpful which appeared to be more of girl’s school student answered positively. Students at both types of schools reported that the most importance issues regarding demands on sexual education in the 1 st and 2 nd places were the way sofcoping with sexual crisis and the sexual psychological differences between genders, respectively. Conclusion: The findings of the present study suggested the needs of tailored sexual education program considering the characteristics of different types of schools.
