한국 유도단체의 법적 갈등과 변화: 1956∼1957년 대한유도회와 대한연무관 간의 법적 분쟁 분석을 중심으로

초록

This study analyzes the 1956-1957 legal dispute between the Korean Judo Association and DaehanYeonmu-gwan to explore property system applications and social implications. Through examining court judgments and official documents, the study confirms that the government’s classification of DaehanYeonmu-gwan as vested property, intervention by the Ministry of Education, and the Supreme Court’s ruling reflected the state’s authority in pursuing public interests. This case illustrates the legal Koreanization of Japanese-era corporations, emphasizing the necessity of legally resolving colonial remnants, balancing state control with organizational autonomy, and fostering social integration through dispute resolution. This analysis offers policy insights and institutional guidance for managing public assets and sports organizations.
