사회자본이 코로나19 정책수용에 미치는 영향 연구: 정책태도와 정책순응의 관계를 중심으로

초록

This study conducted an online survey to identify social capital - trust, norms, network - , attitude and conformity relationships to the Corona 19 policies and to explore social capital enhancement strategies for increasing acceptance of corona policies by group. First of all, there was a high awareness of norms among social capital factors, while media confidence was low and corona policy conformity was higher than policy attitude. Second, government trust was the only variable that had a positive impact on corona policy attitude, and norms were the only variables that had a positive impact on corona policy conformity. Third, in the impact path of social capital and corona policy conformity, online networks had a completely mediated effect, and government trust and norms had partial mediated effect. Based on the results of the study, the policy implications are the formation of trust relationships, improved access to corona-related information, strengthened public relations on norms and established a corona19 communication strategy considering preferred media and interests.
