증거기반 정책의 쟁점과 한국적 맥락에서의 적용 가능성

초록

Evidence-based policy has been garnering a lot of academic attention since 2000s overthe world, not only in public administration and public policy but in all social sciencefields. This attention also landed in Korea, but any substantial discussion seems to havebeen yet underdeveloped, possibly due to the lack of understanding of whatevidence-based policy is. This study aims to fill this gap by introducing the definition ofevidence-based policy and current debating points centering around it. Along with theintroduction, this study inspects pre-required conditions for enforcing evidence-basedpolicy in Korea and provides some suggestions for its successful adoption.
