e-수출보험활용과 위험관리가 기업의 수출성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구

초록

In the rapidly changing global business environment, recently, companies are trying to secure economic stability for exporters and trade and take advantage of insurance as preparedness for potential risks that may occur when you enter foreign markets. Korean companies have committed to improving the export performance by utilizing trade insurance as a means of risk management. Also, interactive communication became available by building an online interactive communication platform for e-trade insurance between users and service providers with the development of IT. This paper attempted to identify the structural relationship between the utilization of the e-trade insurance system and the risk management factors, and to verify the correlation between the e-trade insurance system and the export performance. To identify and verify, we analyzed 163 cases of Korean companies which adopted e-trade insurance and then used SEM(structural equation model) for empirical analysis. As a result of the model test, this empirical study shows that e-credit guarantee insurance has a positively significant influence on emergency risk management and e-short-term risk management has a positively significant influence on emergency risk and exchange risk management. Second, there was a positive relationship between exchange risk management and export performance. Lastly, e-short-term export insurance affects positively on corporate export performance. Trying to access the importance of e-trade insurance is the differentiation of this study. Also, emergency risk and exchange risk that are hard to be controled by corporation are differentiated approach. Depending on the level of the trade service institution, in the near future, more research is needed to understand the correlation of export performance of corporation.
