유년층 스마트 미디어 중독과 부모 및 선생님의 중재역할에 관한 연구

초록

This study is to identify different symptoms of childhood’s smart media addiction and to predict factors relating to addictive behaviors. Also, the purpose of the present study is to examine parents’ and teachers’ mediation of childhood’s smart media addiction. The data were collected from 400 elementary students in Korea and we presented three symptoms of smart media addiction : intrusion, attachment, anxiety. The results showed positive relationships between intrusion and parental active and passive mediation. A teacher’s passive mediation was positively associated with children’s intrusion. Meanwhile, the results of this study showed that there were significant differences in sociological characteristics like in gender, spending time on smart media. This suggests that a parent’s active and passive mediation may lead to activate children’s self-regulation of smart media use.
