폐경 후 중년 여성의 고혈압 유병 여부에 영향을 미치는 건강 관련 요인 분석
초록
(Purpose) This study compared physical and mental health status and health behaviors based on hypertension prevalence among postmenopausal middle-aged women to provide foundational data for cardiovascular disease prevention. (Methods) Data from the 9th KNHANES (2023) were analyzed. Physical measurements, blood biomarkers, mental health, and nutrient intake were compared using independent t-tests, chi-square tests, and binary logistic regression with SPSS 28.0. (Results) The hypertensive group had significantly higher body mass index, waist circumference, fasting glucose, glycated hemoglobin, total cholesterol, and low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C). Regarding nutrient intake, the hypertension group showed a significantly lower intake of monounsaturated fatty acids, n-3 fatty acids, vitamin E, and niacin than the normal group. Logistic regression revealed that LDL-C was the strongest risk factor, whereas positive subjective health status was a protective factor. (Conclusions) Despite having poorer metabolic profiles and subjective health, postmenopausal women with hypertension showed no significant improvement in health behaviors. Integrated management strategies that focuson metabolic risks and practical lifestyle modifications, such as nutritional and physical activity programs, are essential.
