초록
This study examines the effects of adult attachment on interpersonal relationships and psychological well-being among collegiate athletes. Data were collected from 255 athletes at metropolitan universities, using standardized scales for adult attachment, interpersonal relationships, and psychological well-being. SPSS 28.0 and AMOS 28.0 were employed for statistical analysis, including correlation analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM), with bootstrapping to test the mediating effect of interpersonal relationships. Results showed that secure attachment positively influenced both interpersonal relationships and psychological well-being, while anxious and avoidant attachment were not significant. Additionally, interpersonal relationships partially mediated the link between secure attachment and psychological well-being. The structural equation model demonstrated good fit indices (χ²/df = 1.463, GFI = .858, TLI = .954, CFI = .957, RMSEA = .043, SRMR = .0552).This study confirms the structural relationships among adult attachment, interpersonal relationships, and psychological well-being, emphasizing the importance of secure attachment and its mediation through interpersonal relationships. The findings underscore the relevance of attachment theory in sports and offer a foundation for future research on athletes’ attachment patterns.
