공공성 연구의 사회적 형성: 정권별 비교

초록

The aim of the study is to explore how the academic community of public administration understands and interprets the publicness with reference to changes in political environments, which eventually leads to clarify whether the meaning of publicness constructed by the epistemic community reflects the changes or not. For this purpose, this study collects abstracts published from the President Lee to Moon periods to analyze the abstract (i.e., texts) using network text analysis. Since the political environments between president Lee/Park and Moon are fairly different. it is expected that the interpretation of the publicness by epistemic community would be different by the administration. The results confirm that the epistemic community has interpreted the meaning of publicness in differing ways, according to differences in political contexts. This implies that the concept “publicness” is a social construction of knowledge.
