The objective of this study was to identify factors which influence nurses' life satisfaction who are taking bachelor degree course. A total of 137 nurses who participated in the academic credit bank system and the RN-BSN program were enrolled in the study. Family support (t=12.007, p < 0.001) and monthly income (t=-3.227, p=0.002) affected life satisfaction and explained 53.7% of the variance in life satisfaction (F=77.644, p < 0.001). Thus, support systems that involve family, workplace, professors, and fellow students should be established so that bachelor's degree course nurses may continue their studies with sufficient support. © 2014 International Information Institute.
