문화예술 분야 창업에 관한 국내 연구동향과 미래 연구 방향

초록

This study identifies previous research trends related to start-ups in the field of business administration and culture and arts in Korea, systematizes related research topics, and presents future research directions. First of all, the flow of start-up research is presented through the analysis of start-up-related studies presented in business administration journals. Next, after classifying the research related to start-ups in the field of culture and arts presented in Korea since 2015 into four research areas (① research on the personal characteristics of entrepreneurs and the relationship between start-ups, ② study on start-up cases by arts field, ③ research on support policies and start-ups, and ④ research on types of start-up companies), the significance and implications of research in each area are presented. Lastly, by integrating previous research on start-ups in the fields of business administration and culture and arts, this paper systematizes research topics that can be discussed in the field of culture and arts and present future research directions. This study is expected to identify various factors related to start-ups in the field of culture and arts, provide basic data for practical start-up operation and support policy proposals, and contribute to revitalizing related research.
