중국 수출입 제조 기업의 역물류 활용이 기업의 지속가능한 발전성과에 미치는 영향관계연구

초록

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to examine the determinants of sustainable development performance in China 's export - import manufacturing companies and to investigate the relationship between environmental performance and corporate competitiveness, focusing on the factors of reverse logistics utilization. Research design, data, methodology : Using the structural equation model, 215 questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS23.0 and AMOS 22.0 packages. Results : Reuse, recycling, remanufacturing, and disposal factors, which are considered to be the factors that utilize reverse logistics, have a positive (+) effect on environmental performance. Environmental performance has a significant positive influence on the factor that enhance the competitiveness of companies. Conclusions : Reverse logistics utilization is a very effective strategy, and the development of specialist personnel and environmental departments to monitor these processes using 4th Industrial Revolution technology is a practical policy for companies.
