Service Design Analysis Using Applications for Home Beauty Device Users -Focusing on Home Laser Hair Removal Machine-

초록

As the modern smart beauty field has emerged as a blue ocean and the home care trend has continued to grow rapidly, the beauty industry has recently developed home care beauty devices. Accordingly, this study intends to limit the scope to hair removal devices among home care beauty devices, and to propose a service design centering on home laser hair removal devices. First, a literature study was conducted on the design methodology as a service design process based on user experience design. In addition, a literature study was conducted to grasp the concept and status of home care beauty devices. Moreover, the product trend and structure of the home laser hair removal device were analyzed. Using the results, the user survey was conducted through a survey method for users who are using home laser hair removal equipment. Application proposals were produced according to the analysis results of the survey. This study proposed a home laser hair removal device app service to continuously diagnose epilation and epilation in daily life. By proposing an app that works in conjunction with a home laser hair removal device, presented design proposals such as a device management page, a hair removal site page, a hair removal use page, a reservation management page, and a hair removal management page. As a result, the home-use laser hair removal machine proposed in this study allows the user not only to remove hair, but also to provide a continuous self-removal effect and skin protection. In the future, it can be used as a basis for concrete design by reflecting sub-keywords and related home care beauty devices.
