초록

The aim of this study is to compare and analyze the differences between the composition of the space according to the user demands to use in the dormitory space composition and to present a plan for planning the dormitory space reflecting the user demands. A survey was conducted on domestic university dormitories and the problems of each dormitory space plan were identified. By dataizing the investigated survey, we analyze the spatial preferences and the relationship between each space according to the user demand of use through 'Socio-Space Network Analysis'. Centrality analysis and using-hope network analysis were used in the analysis. Based on this, we present the direction of spatial planning that reflects the user demands. In conclusion, first, it is necessary to plan shared facilities that are highly desired and important among currently absent facilities. Second, it is important to improve shared spaces through changes in the status of facilities with high centrality.As a result, we presents the direction of dormitory space planning that meets user demands and has high user satisfaction.
