국내 영양강화제 식품첨가물의 시험법 개선 및 검증을 위한 고찰

초록

This study discusses the need for review and improvement of analytical methods for 159 domestically designated fortifying nutrient following the Korea Food Code. The regulatory status of fortifying nutrient varies continuously due to differences in national food cultures and industrial characteristics. Therefore, this research suggests the necessity to continuously evaluate and enhance the reproducibility of quantitative analytical methods for fortifying nutrient. Additionally, this study investigated quantitative analytical methods from excluded countries (CODEX, EU, Japan, USA, China, and Australia) and identified differences with domestic methods. Based on this, the study aims to propose criteria for the improvement and validation of analytical methods for the ongoing management of domestic food additives.
