초록

This study selected justice and commitment between partners as the necessary factors to maintain the joint venture on a desirable and continuous basis, focusing on the process of maintaining and managing the joint venture. It was determined that the higher the level of justice between joint venture partners, the better the commitment between joint venture partners and the better the continuing relationship. In other words, we looked at commitment at the joint venture level and at more detail about the relationship with justice as a factor in promoting commitment. As a result, the relationship between distributive justice and commitment among joint partners was statistically significant in simple correlation, but not in the partial least square (PLS) model. On the other hand, the relationship between procedural justice and commitment, as well as interactional justice between joint partners was found to be statistically significant.
