생체인증 기반 모바일 결제서비스 사용의도 영향요인에 관한 연구

초록

The purpose of this study is to derive the influencing factors on the intention to use mobile payment service based on FIDO Technology. We use the Value-Based Model (VAM) to analyze the benefits and sacrifice of users. This study examined previous studies on technology acceptance theory and mobile payment services, and presented a research model based on VAM. Also, the differences of the influence factors of the intention to use were verified by dividing the groups by the usage frequency of users. The results of the study showed that there was a significant difference in the user 's intention to use by usefulness (+), enjoyment (+), security risk (-) and privacy risk (-), the frequency of use. Through the analysis of this study, various theoretical and practical implications are derived.
