중국 산둥성 콜드체인 기업의 물류 최적화역량이 수출성과에 미치는 영향: 정부지원 활용 조절효과

초록

In the global market today, smart cold chain operations based on advanced information and communication technologies such as IoT are emerging as a key competency for enhancing export performance. However, cold chain export enterprises in Shandong Province, China are facing difficulties in optimizing logistics due to challenges such as technological gaps, lack of collaboration, and limited adaptability to policies. In response, the Shandong provincial government is expanding government support centered on cold chain export enterprises, which calls for an evaluation of its effectiveness. The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the impact of logistics optimization capabilities on export performance among cold chain enterprises in Shandong Province. It also examines the mediating effect of information-sharing partnerships and the moderated mediating effect of the level of government support utilization. The research was conducted through a two-month survey (280 responses) targeting members of the Shandong SME Development Promotion Association and the Shandong Foreign Trade Association. Hypotheses were tested through statistical analysis. The results confirm that logistics optimization capabilities based on smart technologies can effectively enhance export performance through information-sharing partnerships and the utilization of government support.
