보육교사의 교직윤리 인식과 영·유아권리존중과의 관계

초록

The purpose of this study is to find out relationship between child-care teacher's teaching ethical consciousness and respect for infants and children's rights. The subject we surveyed was 159 child-care teachers who works in Seoul and Gyung-gi. As instruments of research, we used 'Child-care Teacher's Ethical Consciousness'(2007), Jo Pil-Su and 'Respect for Infants and Children's Rights'(2009), Kim Jin-Sook. We measured four parts-Ethics of Children, Ethics of Children's Family, Ethics of Coworker & Institute, and Ethics of Society- for child-care teachers' teaching ethical consciousness, and three parts-Respect for Daily life, Respect for Caring Activity, and Superior Benefit for children - for respect of children's rights. According to correlation analysis, the result on this study is positively summarized as follow : ⅰ) Positive relationship between child-care teacher's teaching ethical consciousness and Respect for infants and children's rights ⅱ) The child-care teacher's teaching ethical consciousness positive effects on respect for infants and children's rights.
