PSAT(공직적격성평가)와 대학 기초교육과의 상관관계에 대한 연구

초록

The PSAT (Public Service Attitude Test) was developed to discover talented people. The PSAT can be seen macroscopically as a reflection of the recognition of the limitations of piecemeal knowledge evaluation and the hiring trend to select talents with problem-solving ability to quickly respond to rapid changes in the administrative environment. It was introduced in order to solve the so-called wasting of exam caused by the prolonged examination period, the disconnection from school education, and the deepening dependence on private institute lectures. As for the PSAT, the expected effects were generally positive by looking at and analyzing the test subjects and evaluation methods in each area as a whole. Discourses surrounding the PSAT will also contribute to the normalization of university education, such as strengthening the capacity to perform public duties, strengthening job compatibility in the private sector, or strengthening the connection between college and high school education.
