A study of user attitudes towards crisis in gaming companies: Focusing on loot box Business Model Repulsion

초록

This Study conducted a comparative analysis between user types on the effect of crisis on game user attitudes when a crisis event occurred at game companies, and analyzed the impact of in-game social interaction, billing intentions, and corporate image on user churn. We found the following results Significant differences were found between gender, community usage, usage time, and payment groups, and in-game social interaction, payment intent, and corporate image had a significant impact on user churn.
