성별에 따른 얼굴 제시유형이 음성식별 정확성에 미치는 영향

초록

The present study aimed to investigate difference of voice identification accuracy according to facial presenting types (global face, masked face) and gender (participant, voice). In this study, participants were 40 university students (20 female). The participants assigned in either global face presenting group or masked face presenting group. Participants listened to conversation as they look at the face photo. They asked to perform a operation span task (for 10 minutes) and audio line-up using 9 voice samples, assess the confidence of their selection. Then, the participants completed the questionnaire about memory of conversation to assess the concentration. As a results, global face group identified voice of female accurately more than masked face group and identification of male voice were no significant difference by facial presenting types in female participants. On the other hand, there were no significant differences by facial presenting types and gender in male. These results show that female participants improve memory over the combination of face and voice in global face presenting because women are more sensitive to social stimuli.
