창업지원제도를 포함한 창업환경이 창업활동 및 일자리창출에 미치는 영향 : GEM(글로벌기업가정신모니터) 자료를 중심으로

초록

This paper analyzed the impact of entrepreneurial environment on entrepreneurial activities and job Creation, based on national research data compiled by GEM. As a result of entrepreneurial environment variables, the NES (National Experts Survey) of GEM twelve elements were utilized. EBO (Established Business Ownership rate), PO (Perceived Opportunities), PC (Perceived Capabilities), MI (Motivational Index) and INNO (Innovation) used variables of entrepreneurial activities. Job creation variables used EEA(Entrepreneurial Employee Activity) and HJCE (High Job Creation Expectation). The results of this study shows that entrepreneurial environment parameter PINFRA (Physical and services Infrastructure), BEDU (Basic school Entrepreneurial education) and CSN (Cultural and Social Norms) have influence on job creation variables HJCP (High Job Creation Expectation) and EEA (Entrepreneurial Employee Activity).
