탄핵 광장의 시민-노조 연대와 새로운 사회운동 노조의 실험: ‘남태령 대첩’, ‘키세스 시위단’에서 민주노총 ‘누구나노조’, ‘달곰이지부’까지

초록

This article examines citizen-labor union solidarity during the impeachment crisis following the December 3 declaration of the martial law, focusing on how collective action originating in the protest square expanded into broader social movements and new forms of labor organization. Solidarity symbolized by the Namtaeryeong tractor protest and the ‘Kisses protest’ deepened as citizens joined labor struggles nationwide and contributed to the formation of new labor organizations such as the Anyone’s Union and the Dalgomi Branch. The article analyzes the developmental stages of this solidarity —from initial encounters through solidarity within and outside the square to its organization— and examines the founding purposes, organizing processes, and activities of these new labor organizations as well as the lived experience and the identity change of the participants. Based on documentary analysis and in-depth interviews, it shows that citizen-labor solidarity moved beyond temporary mobilization to open up the possibility of social-movement-oriented labor organizations, while producing significant transformations in participants’ lives and identities. It concludes by identifying key future challenges, including organizational sustainability, the capacity to secure concrete labor rights, and the task of connecting with broader layers of precarious workers.
