팀동일시 측정도구의 측정 대상에 따른 집단불변성 (Group Invariance)검사
초록
The purpose of the study was to investigate the group invariance of team identification scale, which is composed of six items that were originally purported to measure organizational identification. Team identification has been widely used in recent research of sport consumers. However, its measurement tool, team identification scale, has never been examined for its external validity of cross validation. This study used confirmatory factor analysis with multiple groups to see whether team identification scale worked the same for different groups of populations. This study used collegiate samples who are the major target market of collegiate sports in the Republic of Korea. In addition, this study used a sample from professional baseball spectators to examine the group invariance between college sample and the sample from professional baseball game. The group invariance was tested using Chi-square statistics, TLI, CFI, and RMSEA. The first hypothesis was about the group invariance between two samples collected from the same university in two different time. The second hypothesis was about the group invariance between two samples collected from two different universities. And the third hypothesis was between a college sample and a sample from professional baseball spectators. The results supported the three hypotheses indicating that the team identification scale possessed the group invariance between two samples from the same university, between two samples from two different universities, and between college sample and professional baseball sample.
