중국 제3자 물류기업의 기업역량 및 서비스수준과 기업의 사업성과간의 관계 연구

초록

Recently, stable development of China's economy has provided a huge market area in the logistics industry. China is the development of third-party logistics company fell short compared to developed countries, and by the lack of openness of the corporate culture is difficult for logistics. This paper examines the relations of Company capacity factor, service level, and business performance. Based on the analysis of one hundred fifty cases in China’ 3PL company, through structural equation model, the following results were found. First, the information capacity and standardization capacity factor positively affects service level factor. Secondly, the service level enhanced implementation positively not affects business performance. Thirdly, information capacity and standardization capacity factor positively affect business performance. However, to determine the future status of China's basic transportation service levels, in addition to the services of warehouse distribution, processing and logistics information service deems such additional services through research on safety and customer service necessary to analyze the correlation.
