부모의 중재유형과 부모애착이 청소년들의 성인용 앱 이용에 미치는 영향

초록

This study analyzed how parental mediation and parental attachment affected the use of sexual adult application among young people. We conducted online survey of 3,000 middle and high school students. As a result, parental attachment was an important predictor related to use of sexual adult application. With regard to parental mediation types, only technological mediation was associated with the decrease of sexual adult application. While smart sheriff did not have effect, the application provided by three telecommunication companies to control harmful contents worked well in reducing adolescents’ exposure to sexual contents. Considering gender and school type, we analyzed the effect of parental mediation and attachment on use of sexual adult application. Only restrictive mediation worked among male middle school students. Overall, parental attachment rather than parental mediation played a role in reducing access to sexual contents. This result suggests that parental support or trust is an important predictor in decreasing adolescents’ use of sexual contents on smartphone application.
