학부모, 동료교사 및 원장과의 관계와 유아교사의 정서노동간의 상관관계

초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlations among relationships with parents, colleagues, directors and early childhood teachers' emotional labor. A total of 440 early childhood teachers participated in this study. 427 of 440 questionnaires were collected, then 397 questionnaires which were adequate to investigate were analyzed. Early childhood teachers generally had a positive relationship with their parents, colleagues, and directors, and were experiencing emotional labor. The relationship between early childhood teachers and parents showed a statistically significant positive correlation with emotional labor, and the relationship between fellow teachers and directors was positively correlated with internal behavior. Next, there were correlations with fellow teachers and relation with director, relations with fellow teachers and relation with parents, relations with the principal and relationships with parents. This study then clarified the relation between early childhood teacher's human-relationships and emotional labor.
