홍콩의 ‘우산운동’ 갈등에 대한 중국과 홍콩 언론의 뉴스 프레임 분석
Framing “Umbrella Movement” in Hong Kong: A Comparison of News Frames between Mainland China and Hong Kong

초록
As the pro-democracy movement expands, Hong Kong had faced a severe political conflict known as the 'umbrella movement' from September to December 2014. This study compared new frames on the umbrella movement among six major medias in Hong Kong and mainland China. It found substantial differences in news frames between two countries. It was also found that framing in news varies across the types of media. The findings were discussed in terms of conflict management.
