대졸 정규직의 투잡 특성과 투잡 여부에 영향을 미치는 변인들에 대한 탐색적 연구

초록

The purpose of this study was to identify variables that may be related to the workers' dual job status. 1038 workers were asked to respond to the questionnaires that measured various demographic variables, monthly income, working time in the primary job, the size of the organization, the level of fringe benefit, job satisfaction, and person-job fit. A logistic regression was conducted to identify variables that had significant relationships with dual job status. Of those variables included in the analysis, no demographic variables were significantly related to the dual job status. On the other hand, it was found that monthly income, working time in the primary job, job satisfaction, and person-job fit had significant negative relationships with the dual job status.
