도시공간과 연회 -『만요슈』를 중심으로-

초록

本稿では古橋の空間概念を導入して『万葉集 所収の宴席歌を考察した。具体的には『万葉集 巻二十所収の清麻呂邸宅で行われた宴会をめぐる歌群と巻一所収の額田王と大海人皇子をめぐる歌を分析して、万葉時代の宴会の様相を検討した。　万葉集当時行われた宴会の場を提供したのは庭とその周辺である。宴会の席上では地位の上下を問わず、無礼講の雰囲気の中で歌を披露することで宴の興を極大化し、相互の友情や親密さを篤くしている。　本稿で行われた分析方法や結果は古今集以下の歌の分析や解釈にも適用することができると考えられる。たとえば、古今集春上の62番歌や63番の業平の贈答は宴席の趣きを十分感じさせる。平安和歌につけても宴席歌という観点から見直すとき、新たな解釈の方法も見られるだろうが、それは後稿に期したい。 This dissertation seeks understanding of songs for banquet in Manyoshu by applying Huruhashi’s spatial concept. To reach this purpose, the researcher distinguished two types of banquet by spatial condition—urban and suburban banquet. Therefore, songs of banquet held by Kiromaro’s house from the twentieth volume of Manyoshu, and Nukatano Okimi and Prince Oama’s songs from Kusurigari banquet in Kamahu field written in the first volume of Manyoshu were used as the primary sources. As a result, these banquet songs united participants regardless of status with daring expressions which can be seen discourtesy for others, and also maximizes the mood of banquets. This tendency is also observed in the songs from Kusurigari banquet. Kings and servants, and also men and women sang the songs together for good mood of the banquet. The songs functioned for better mood of banquets, therefore people were able to build good relationships through the banquets. The outcome of this study can be applied in Waka of Heian age to figure out its development and application.
