리더십 유형에 따른 과업행동, 서비스 지향성 및 커뮤니케이션 유형의 관계성 연구

초록

This Study tries to investigate factors which make effect on the organizational effectiveness classified into the task behavior and the service orientation. Especially it focuses on the direct effects of the leadership types(transformational, transactional, servant leaderships) on the organizational effectiveness and the mediated effect of the communication types(vertical, horizontal communication) within the organization on the relationship between the leadership types and the organizational effectiveness. The study has an object in view for verifying factors which strengthen the organizational effectiveness in realistic environment. the study analyzes the mediated effect of the communication types within the organization on the relationship between the leadership and the organizational effectiveness. Sixthly, the horizontal communication has complete mediated effect on the relationship between leaders’ transformational leadership and organizing members’ task behavior. Seventhly, the horizontal communication has complete mediated effect on the relationship between leaders’ transformational/servant leadership and organizing members’ service orientation. Lastly, the vertical communication has no mediated effect. However, the transactional leadership has effect on the vertical communication, and the vertical communication has effect on the task behavior and service orientation again, so that the vertical communication somehow influences the process of achieving the organizational effectiveness.
