2018평창동계올림픽 아이스하키경기장 재배치에 관한 경제성 비교분석

초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate and compare the vliadity of moving all of the events of th e 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics at the ice rink in Gangneung city to another city in Gangwon province. To compare these two plans the stadium first arrangement plan andth e rearrangement plan, additional variables such as cost, benefit and total cost and total benefit will be estimated for a period of 30 years. To compare, the validity of the two plans the Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C) and the Net Present Value (NPV) will be focused on. I t would not be feasible to change the plan as it would cost a hue gamount of money to construct another st-a dium and improve the roads in and out of the city. The NPV of following the first plan would have an expected difference of 200 billion won. By spreading the competition arena into other cities such as Youngdong and the Youngseo area it would reduce the difficulty of one city paying for such a large stadium in Gangwon province. On the other hand, hosting the winter Olympics will have a positive effect on the economy of the area. Therefore,this is the reason why the local administration of the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympic committee have been working so hard.
