AHP 기법을 활용한 조달업체 선정요인에 관한 연구: 산업별 비교

초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to prioritize the factors for selecting procurement suppliers, specifically to identify the differences in the importance of these factors across industries. Research design, data, and methodology: An empirical analysis using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was conducted with a survey of 25 procurement professionals, establishing a hierarchical structure of four upper-level factors (cost, risk response, quality, and firm characteristics) and their sub-factors. Results: Quality (0.341) was identified as the most important factor overall, followed by cost (0.289), risk response (0.188), and firm characteristics (0.182). General manufacturing prioritized cost (0.402), while project-based industries emphasized quality (0.434) and risk response (0.232). Sub-factor analysis revealed differing priorities across industries, such as the product price and logistics costs in project-based industries, and customs and procurement costs in manufacturing. Conclusions: This study highlights the significant impact of industry characteristics on the supplier selection criteria, offering insights for developing tailored evaluation frameworks. Future research can extend this by increasing the sample size and further segmenting industry groups
