Kim Young-ha's Goodbye is a novel that warns of a dystopian future. Humans cannot accept the humanoids, cloned humans, and robots created with science and technology in this work as companions. They confine them in concentration camps, easily destroy them, brand them as outsider, exclude and discriminate against them. This eliminates the opportunity for humanity and post-humans to evolve together, and humanoids and artificial intelligence combine themselves to threaten humanity. Humanity dreams of eternal life and uploads the brain to the computer network, but artificial intelligence, which does not need human help, will delete humanity like deleting a desktop folder. Goodbye warns of the gloomy future that humanity will face when they recognize and dislike the posthumans that will emerge in the age of science and technology as others. In the posthuman era, it is a work that raises heavy questions about the concept of “human”, a concept that needs to be readjusted.
