안전리더십이 안전행동에 미치는 영향: 안전전담조직의 조절효과를 중심으로

초록

[Purpose]In this study, we tried to provide implications by examining the effect of safety leadership on the safety behavior. Also we examined the mediating effect of the safety climate and the moderate effect of the safety organization. [Methodology]The analysis was conducted through a total of 2,666 valid corporate data of manufacturing industry. For hypothesis verification, analysis was performed through SPSS Process Macro. [Findings]The research results indicate that safety leadership has a positive effect on the safety behavior. In addition, the safety climate showed a mediating effect in the relationship between safety leadership and safety behavior, and the moderating effect of the safety organization on safety behavior was also confirmed. [Implications]It was found that a safety organization, a topic that has rarely been dealt with in previous safety－related studies, moderates the relationship between the safety leadership and the safety climate. In addition, it is expanding safety－related areas by analyzing the safety behavior in various industries by utilizing extensive corporate data. From these research results, it is possible to get an implication that companies should actively develop strategies for establishing positive safety leadership and prepare plans to motivate members of the organization for safety behavior.
