South Korea is threatened by the phase of this sporting nation, contrary to the image of this sporting power, compared with the United States, China and Germany. The biggest cause can be seen in national level promotion policies. In particular, with the infinite possibilities of today's advanced technology with the arrival of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, in order for sports to grow together, it is necessary to establish an administrative system related to this sport. Considering that it contains infinite possibilities, and yet before sports have a complete system as an industry, it is urgent to establish the direction of industrial and policy governance. It should also be effective in ensuring the sociocultural status of this sport. Nonetheless, looking at the actual situation in Japan, it was confirmed that there was a delay in securing specific sports progress policies and infrastructure compared to the above-mentioned competitors. After making a comparison with the case, we established a direction that matches the actual situation in Japan. The specific measures are as follows. First, it is necessary to strengthen the level of the domestic sports league through promotion of sponsorship and financial support from participants, and secure infrastructure. Secondly, through this, the domestic league will become a global event and a Korean-led sports governance system will be established.
