국악전공 대학생들의 진로장벽과 요구도 분석

초록

The purpose of this study was to provide diagnostic information of individuals and basic data in terms of career education at universities by investigating career barriers preventing career development across the country. To this end, the research was conducted in accordance with the “parallel and simultaneous integrated research method”, which simultaneously uses questionnaires and qualitative research methods corresponding to quantitative research methods, and performed faithfully to complement each other's research methods. The results of the study according to the research problem are as follows. First, the career barriers of college students majoring in Korean traditional music were found to be above average. Second, the perception and demand of Korean traditional music major college students were categorized as “hope jobs”, “people who can help find career paths”, “reconsideration of the curriculum”, and “economic burden resolution” through open questions and in-depth interviews.
