우리나라 수･출입 기업의 AEO MRA효과 실증 연구

초록

Since the GATT system, global trade volume has increased through trade liberalization along with tariff reduction. Recently, there has been a significant change in the flow of logistics in each country, particularly those companies that make up the global supply chain in the customs and customs sectors, which are increasingly important to identify customs agreements, policy trends, and customs clearance systems. The AEO MRA system, which has recently been implemented, is a partnership-based mutual agreement that directly affects companies' trade smoothness and customs clearance. In this study, external pressure from AEO certification, AEO government support, cooperative partnership, financial performance, non-financial performance (transparent service quality).In order to understand the impact relationship between the factors, we conducted a survey of working-level officials who are conducting AEO certification and verification of the customs authorities and related agencies, and the empirical analysis found the following results were as follows: First, external pressure for AEO certification has given significant positive impact to cooperative partnerships, financial performance, and customs service quality performance, and second. AEO government support has a significant impact on cooperative partnerships, financial performance and customs clearance service quality performance. Third, the formation of cooperative partnerships has a significant impact on customs clearance service quality performance. While the existing prior studies focus on developing the AEO system, extracting performance and promoting the system, this study has derived the importance of mutual benefit between the two countries through further analysis of the factors for certification to the AEO MRA Mutual Agreement. Further studies should be conducted to determine whether there are benefits and differences among the countries in AEO MRA performance, as well as the performance of domestic companies utilizing the domestic AEO MRA system.
