기혼 남녀의 일상스트레스 지각 정도가 결혼안정성에 미치는 영향에서 정서적 소외감의 매개효과: 부부공동대처의 조절된 매개효과를 중심으로

초록

Objectives: This study aimed to examine the impact of perceived daily stress on marital stability among married men and women, focusing on the mediating effect of emotional alienation and the moderated mediating effect of dyadic coping in this causal relationship. The purpose was to identify factors that undermine marital stability and marital relationship resources that can mitigate such factors. Method: Data were collected from a total of 450 married men and women residing nationwide. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Statistics 28.0, AMOS 28.0, and PROCESS MACRO model v7.0. Results: First, daily stress was found to have a significant negative effect on marital stability. Second, daily stress among married men and women influenced marital stability through emotional alienation, confirming the mediating effect of emotional alienation. Third, dyadic coping moderated the mediating effect of emotional alienation in the relationship between daily stress and marital stability. In other words, the extent to which emotional alienation mediated the relationship between daily stress and marital stability varied according to the level of dyadic coping, confirming the moderated mediating effect of dyadic coping. Conclusions: In conclusion, an effective way to enhance marital stability is to reduce daily stress and strengthen emotional support between spouses. The effect is expected to be even greater when interventions to improve dyadic coping are implemented concurrently. This study is significant in that it empirically verified the factors influencing marital stability, thereby providing valuable foundational data for the development of programs to improve marital relationships, counseling interventions, and related policy initiatives.
